... Jerusalem ... 22 Just as the new earth and the new heavens will endure by my power, so your descendants and your name will endure ... Isaiah 66 (GNT), 18 ... Jerusalem will be rebuilt, and its PALACE restored. Jeremiah 30:18 (GNT)

King David's Palace, Jerusalem's Palace?! - Salomon's palaces

King Salomon's palaces

King Salomon also built palaces and even the Temple. Surely his palace would be a strong contender to be the Jerusalem's Palace?

Salomon built two palaces. First one for himself - 1 Kings 3:1 – which took him thirteen years to built - 1 Kings 7:1-12 - and one for his wife whom was the daughter of a Pharaoh.
So he built first his palace and afterwards the Temple - built 480 years after exodus out of Egypt, 1 Kings 6:1 - and the wall around Jerusalem.

Salomon, he was also the king that caused the rupture of the Kingdom of Israel - 1 Kings 11 – because he didn't remain faithful to God as his father King David was. Although God did make a promise to David about his son that would succeed him, 2 Samuel 7:14-15 (GNT),

14 I will be his father, and he will be my son. When he does wrong, I will punish him as a father punishes his son. 15 But I will not withdraw my support from him as I did from Saul, whom I removed so that you could be king.

But, King Salomon's palace isn't the strongest contender.
