Aliyah an overview: the Jewish Kingdom of Israel Part IV of IV - Promises fulfilled

Prophecies

Today several biblical prophecies concerning the Jewish people, the Israelites and the Promised Land, the Land of Israel dating back as far as Abraham but also those in Moses time has been fulfilled.

More than four centuries after the death of Abraham, Moses together with Aaron, Miriam, Joshua and Caleb, led the Israelites out of Egypt through the dessert to the Promised Land. One of the prophecy Moses received concerning the future of the Israelites.

Deuteronomy 30
… 1 When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come on you and you take them to heart wherever the Lord your God disperses you among the nations, 2 and when you and your children return to the Lord your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today, 3 then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes[a] and have compassion on you and gather you again from all the nations where he scattered you. 4 Even if you have been banished to the most distant land under the heavens, from there the Lord your God will gather you and bring you back. 5 He will bring you to the land that belonged to your ancestors, and you will take possession of it. He will make you more prosperous and numerous than your ancestors. 6 The Lord your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live. ...

One of the many blessings – he spoke also of curses – God gave at the time of Moses, Deuteronomy 28:8-9,
8 The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. 9 The Lord will establish you as his holy people, as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands of the Lord your God and walk in obedience to him.

The time we now live in was also subject to the biblical prophecies, Jeremiah 31,
... 23 This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: “When I bring them back from captivity,[a] the people in the land of Judah and in its towns will once again use these words: ‘The Lord bless you, you prosperous city, you sacred mountain.’ 24 People will live together in Judah and all its towns—farmers and those who move about with their flocks. 25 I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.”...
27 “The days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will plant the kingdoms of Israel and Judah with the offspring of people and of animals. 28 Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant,” declares the Lord. …
