... Jerusalem ... 22 Just as the new earth and the new heavens will endure by my power, so your descendants and your name will endure ... Isaiah 66 (GNT), 18 ... Jerusalem will be rebuilt, and its PALACE restored. Jeremiah 30:18 (GNT)

The Kingdom!

28 Let us be thankful, then, because we receive a KINGDOM that cannot be shaken. Hebrews 12:28a (GNT)

God the Creator and Almighty Father will restyle the whole planet earth and the heavens. Why? How?

26 His voice shook the earth at that time, but now he has promised, “I will once more shake not only the earth but heaven as well.” 27 The words “once more” plainly show that the created things will be shaken and removed, so that the things that cannot be shaken will remain. Hebrews 12:26-29 (GNT)

... 44 “In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a KINGDOM that will never be destroyed, ... Daniel 2 (NIV)

Gradually but also sudden all created things will be shaken and removed so that things that can't be shaken will remain. Do notice that God's plans in all this mater is sharply in contrast with those he has for with Israel. Why? Because through his wisdom he set out to establish his Kingdom which can't be shaken!

How will God shake the earth and heavens?
He will bring devastation to the planet's natural habitat, the complete environment in which people live.
1 The Lord is going to devastate the earth and leave it desolate. ... 4 the earth dries up and withers; the whole world grows w e a k; both earth and sky d e c a y. ...
18 ... Torrents of rain will pour from the sky, and earth's foundations will shake.
19 The earth will crack and shatter and split open. 20 The earth itself will stagger like a drunk, sway like a hut in a storm. ... 23 The  m o o n  will grow dark, and the  s u n  will no longer shine, ... Isaiah 24 (GNT)

Israel in contrast,
1 The Lord says, “Listen now, Israel, my servant, my chosen people, the descendants of Jacob.
2 I am the Lord who created you; from the time you were born, I have  h e l p e d  you.
Do not be afraid; you are my servant, my chosen people whom I love.

3 “I will give water to the thirsty land and make streams flow on the dry ground.
I will pour out my spirit on your  c h i l d r e n  and my blessing on your descendants.
4 They will thrive like well-watered grass, like willows by streams of running water. Isaiah 44:1-4 (GNT)

He will displace the peoples and their cities, which may happen because of war and economic down turn.
1 ... He will twist the earth's surface and  s c a t t e r  its people ... 10 In the city everything is in chaos, and people lock themselves in their houses for safety. ... 12 The city is in  r u i n s, and its gates have been broken down. 13 This is what will happen in every nation all over the world. ... Isaiah 24 (GNT)

Israel in contrast,
... 12 So prophesy to my people Israel and tell them that I, the Sovereign Lord, am going to open their graves. I am going to take them out and bring them back to the land of Israel. ... 21 Then tell them that I, the Sovereign Lord, am going to take all my people out of the nations where they have gone, gather them together, and bring them back to their own land. ... Ezekiel 37 (GNT)

26 But when my servant makes a prediction, when I send a messenger to reveal my plans,
I make those plans and predictions come true. I tell Jerusalem that people will live there again, and the  c i t i e s  of Judah that they will be rebuilt. Those cities will rise from the ruins. Isaiah 44:26 (GNT)

God will also punish the powers above and rulers of this world.
... 21 A time is coming when the Lord will punish the powers above and the rulers of the earth ... 23 ... for the Lord Almighty will be king. He will rule in Jerusalem on Mount Zion, and the leaders of the people will see his glory. ...
Isaiah 24 (GNT)

Why would he punish the rulers?
... 16 ... Traitors continue to betray, and their treachery grows worse and worse. 17 Listen to me, everyone! There are terrors, pits, and traps waiting for you. 18 Anyone who tries to escape from the terror will fall in a pit, and anyone who escapes from the pit will be caught in a trap. ... Isaiah 24 (GNT)

Israel in contrast,
... 22 I will unite them into one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. They will have one king to rule over them, and they will no longer be divided into two nations or split into two kingdoms. ... 24 A king like my servant David will be their king. They will all be united under one ruler and will obey my laws faithfully. ... Ezekiel 37 (GNT)

So, no, things will not be shaken in the same way God did before!
