Jeremiah 31, the new covenant: God's Law on believers heart!

Revised: 15-9-2013

Contrary to what many Christians believe, God gave his new covenant first of all to the Israelites,
33 “This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time,” declares the Lord.
I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. ...
Jeremiah 31

This raises a few questions in my mind. For one, if it's meant for the Israelites, where does this leave non-Jews, Christians? What's the point in having God's Law on your heart anyway?

Skyfall: great expectations 2012 and beyond?!

Revised 24-06-2012

CNN announced in September 2011 that a US satellite the size of a bus was falling out of the sky to Earth. Every time there is an announcement about such an event, there seems to be great expectations. Biblical scripture also speaks in several passages of objects falling out of the sky to Earth.

And meanwhile, as the world turns, specific secret plans are being carried out?

There are numerous biblical prophecies concerning Jerusalem, also called Salem and the Bride, in the land of Israel, that it should be impossible to ignore the importance God the Almighty Father himself gave to this city in the past, but also in the present day and in the future.

Angels: Yom Kipur, lamb to the fallen angel ...! Part 3 of 4

7 Then he is to take the two goats and present them before the LORD at the entrance to the tent of meeting. 8 He is to cast lots for the two goats—one lot for the LORD and the other for the scapegoat. 9 Aaron shall bring the goat whose lot falls to the LORD and sacrifice it for a sin offering.
Leviticus 16:7-9 (New International Version)

10 The other goat, the scapegoat chosen by lot to be sent away, will be kept alive, standing before the Lord. When it is sent away to Azazel in the wilderness, the people will be purified and made right with the Lord.
Leviticus 16:10 (New Living Translation)

This passage tells us about the sacrifice that has to be done on Yom Kippur. And the sending away of the other lamb to the fallen angel Azazel in the wilderness. Does this have anything to do with Jephthah's daughter? Her story in itself is an intriguing one.
